Kaito's tears kept flowing, but they soon began to stop once he heard Luka's soothing words in his ear.

"It's going to be okay..." he heard her say.

Kaito put his head on Luka's shoulder, and he held her close; he was glad to have someone there to comfort him; he always was the most sensitive in the group.
And then he remembered.  Whenever he needed someone to talk to, someone to comfort him, Luka was always there for him.

Kaito took his head off Luka's shoulder.  He wiped off his tears on his sleeve, and then he looked into Luka's eyes.
"Thanks for being there for everything, Luka-san..." he said, slightly blushing.
He felt his face slowly getting closer to Luka's.
"Luka-san..."
