Which controller do you find easiest to use? The classic controller? Gamecube controller? The wiimote with nunchuck? The wiimote by itself? Or the wiimote with the steering wheel?

Obviously assuming the Wii, I find that the Classic controller works best for me.
It's perfect for Monster Hunter Tri.

For me I have to say the Wii Remote by itself... >:D because then I can play Brawl!

I prefer the Wii Remote by itself, and with the Wheel for Mario Kart Wii.
