The BG is cool.  It's from an awesome Japanese movie.  It has Yuri.  See the part with that girl from KH and that girl from FFVII?  The MJ accounts for lolis because he is MJ.  It has a chibi reading a book.  And I don't wanna get in trouble for ecchi.

You may not be on anymore, but here goes.
The background choice is horrible in it's best for the sprites and text used.
The sprites have little to do with the complete overall theme.
And the font choices and effects cannot stand out more than they do so here
Overall, it needs drastic work done.
