anyway, back on topic: eat fresh! lol had to say it. I love the seafood salad sub. I once ate at a mcdonalds accross from a subway til I was full then went over to subway and had a seafood sub and ate it all on the way home(about 3 miniutes). after that, I was full and couldn't take another bite of anything. I love high metabolism! I can eat a crap load of stuff because of it.
