At first I thought that ArchieSI was just not following the rules because it didn't look like he was trying to spam, but it's obvious now that he was. It's just someone that works for Neopets being dumb. If it is what I think then you shouldn't try on the same forum more than once or we'd catch on easily.
If you're not a Neopets spammer, don't make another account and follow the rules that I told "John" (ArchieSI). You'd both like each others company, it seems (sarcastic).
